We made a 2-day short trip to Ithaca, NY and loved every minute of it. What a gorgeous place! This town is home to the Cornell University, one of the 8 "elite" colleges in the US. The town is surrounded by beautiful forests, a lake and a surprisingly high amount of waterfalls.
Given it was -10C for the past 2 weeks, most of them were almost completely frozen. The Taughannock falls was the biggest of these being 71m high.
